Account Deletion
How to request deletion
In the BEOS mobile app, open Settings → Delete account while signed in. Confirm your request to schedule deletion.
Grace period
Deletion is scheduled 30 days after your request. During this time you may cancel the request and keep your account.
What is removed
When your account is permanently deleted, BEOS removes your account and the information you created in the app, including:
- Designed weeks and time blocks
- Lived time and stamps
- Reflections
- Preferences
The final removal runs at 04:00 UTC on the scheduled date.
What may be retained
We may retain limited legal consent records as required to demonstrate prior agreement to our Terms and Privacy Policy.
After removal
You will not be able to sign in. Any active sessions will end.
